Good rate for 2 week parking in Jan '08, but when we returned we noticed the mileage was 15 miles different than when we left. On enquiring about this, the staff member said that they parked our car in an overflow carpark which was 6.5 miles away. We were not told about this when we booked or left our keys. Not pleased about this at all.

WE HAVE USED THIS CARPARK AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS,FRIENDLY,BUSES ON TIME,EASEY TO GET TO AND FROM.WE HAVE RE-BOOKED FOR OCT 23RD 07

Use this site a lot during the year and have never had a problem. Easy to book on line and speedy bookin/out. Good value, friendly staff.

Well First of all you have go through the security barrier and you have to give your veichle keys to the people who work at APH. the Courtesy Coaches run about every 10 - 15 minutes and that is if they are a bit delayed. Meet & Greet is a ver good Service so you don't have to wait for the bus when it is very Cold.

First of all the courtesy coaches are clean and the bus drivers are very nice mannered and the car park is very "secure" and they look after your veichle once while your away. The money is worth it because you can book with the AA and they have got very good discounts. We are going to use the bus transport this year to the Gatwick Coach Car Park.

Will use this car park everytime I fly from Gatwick.
Extremely friendly, clear and helpful customer service - quick and easy transfers to and from the airport.
Transfer coaches are modern, clean and comfortable and the drivers friendly.
No complaints whatsoever. Great value for money.

I've used many car parks in the past and this one far surpasses all others. The site is very secure and has been designed for convenience. All the staff are highly professional and very friendly. I cannot fault this company in anyway and will definantely be using them again in the future.
