I have used this service in the past and it was great, but now it has been automated.
On return from holiday myself and 25+ other customers had to wait over 30 mins before the bus arrived, on the bus some people had to lift their heavy suitcases shoulder height onto the racks. The automated key collection machine would not work correctly and there were 25+ tired and irate customers (EX-Customers) waiting for their keys. When it finally was my turn the machine would not dispense my key resulting in me having to find a member of staff who put a code in the machine so that I could get my keys. So it took over an hour from the bus stop to me actually leaving the car park. The staff were helpful, they are also fed up with the complaints this system is causing. So I and the other people there will DEFINITELY NOT be using AIRPARKS CARDIFF again.
