Have used this carpark now numerous times and still proves to be efficient and with friendly staff …. travelling with 2 small children ( 10 wks and 3yrs) so had stress and pressure already and Airparks was extremely effiecient and smooth running as we have always found it so no added stress. Have read other feedback left by others and struggle to believe they have parked at the same carpark. Tried the new service this time where car brought to terminal ….. FANTASTIC!! Recommend this car park as excellent value.

Our car wasn’t ready at 1:00 AM and my wife, my two children (5 and 1 years old) and myself were left waiting outside, in the middle of a car park, without any facilities for two hours, as well as other families.
No chairs or even blankets were given despite the two operational buses they had, which they could have been used as a waiting area.
My children, as several others, were sleeping on the floor shaking due to the cold, while some of the staff was drinking coffee (they could have offer some)and smoking rather than doing something about it.
Non refund of any kind was given to the date.

I found the service very good and very organised. I was very impressed up until the point I found my car aerial had been stolen from the vehicle. Not much point in wasting my time complaining as no-one would have seen anything or the CCTV cameras would have missed this I’m sure.
