What a super idea run so poorly run. Very poor return transfer service and pick up point. Not suitable if you are travelling with children unless you use the meet and greet, as they have to wait in the cold for quite a while at peak times. I had an injured husband, skiis and two small children and not one staff member offered to help and when I complained to the driver about the huge delay, and lack of transport.. he was not interested and simply blamed the management!! I had to get on the bus leaving my family freezing at the airport and then picked up the car and drove back to get them, before the other bus had even returned!!.. Have yet to receive an apology or response from Airparks after a 10 days !!
