Frequency of transfer could be improved, but location and cost mean that I would use again.

Aph was very fast easy and efficient both on the outward journey and even thouth our return was at a very busy tine on a saturday evening and could not get on the first coach another one pulled in behind the first and we only waiteda very shot time first class service

On parking before we went, there were no problems – only a nice clean LOO! We returned in the wee small hours of the morning, to be greeted by…. an APH Coach. Off we went, getting back to Copthorne in no time at all. The car was ready and waiting, we loaded our cases and pulled onto the garage forecourt. There we got a loaf of bread and some milk. They had snacks/drinks there as well, if you are hungry/thirsty. We were fine for fuel, but it was available.
A pleasant experience, with first class friendly service. See you next year!
Only 4 stars for value, but there again, at my age I think everything is expensive!

We arrived back yesterday to collect our car and found the service to be excellent, the car was ready to be picked up. We have used many of the car parking facilities at Gatwick in the past, but this one beats them all. One thing we liked was that the driver actually gets out of the bus and puts the cases in the hold underneath the bus. The other ones we have used you have to literally lug the cases up the steps of the bus while the driver sits and watches, you then have to lift the heavy cases up onto the luggage racks. Congratulationa to APH, we will definatly be using you again.
