Manchester Terminal 2 Jetparks. Very good value. Transfer bus in pulled up by our car as we were unloading the luggage and waited for us. Driver very pleasant and chatty. The bus transfer back was waiting right outside the terminal when we returned. Different driver but the same cheerful manner. Two young helpers wearing high visibility jackets on the bus; and they were both cheerful and genuinely anxious to help anybody on and off with the cases. Could not have been better.

I complained to Jetparks regarding my experience using their service at Manchester Jetparks 2 recently. I was not happy at all with the Car Park as was in a terrible state!
On arrival there we were greeted by a man at the security office to check my parking documents for the vehicle. He literally checked these and then said ok. We were not given any guidance as to whether we had an allocated space or whether we should just find a space. We moved on in the vehicle attempting to find a parking space in the compound. This was near impossible as the car park was so full! The pot holes in the ground were up to around 8-9 inches deep and my vehicle was bottoming out as we were driving along trying to find a space wchich I think is an absolute disgrace for a standard vehicle type such as my Citroen Berlingo. I paid £28.94 to park there for 4 days, surely if every one of the thousands of cars was paying this amount jetparks can afford to maintain the site correctly? After around 15 minutes we finally found a small gap at the edge of the compound just large enough to fit my vehicle.

Using jetpark’s services is an EXTREMELY bad idea. TRUST ME FOLKS, AVOID JETPARKS AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

Parking was easy, bus came on time and collected on time. Bus driver was very obliging assisting with luggage.
